A homeowner, we’ll call him Jorge, is in Miami. Jorge was suffering from bad water damage to his house. He hired a Public Adjuster to inspect his home and file a claim. But the claim was denied for unknown reasons. All the Public Adjuster would do is recommend an attorney to contest the denied claim.
Jorge hired that attorney, and they filed a court lawsuit for the claim. The claim became stalled in litigation. It was going nowhere. The attorney was as useless as the Public Adjuster. Jorge’s calls to his Public Adjuster and attorney were never returned. Nobody would provide Jorge an update or status of his claim.
